Talking Story is a booktube talkshow-styled YouTube channel run by John and Jakob Minton. We discussed rebranding Talking Story as a way of establishing the channel as a reliable brand. 

To achieve this we solidified the story of the brand as community-oriented where John Minton, the primary host, is the face of the channel. The values include community interaction, and rebuilding connections through storytelling, describing the brand as a high-quality, fun, late-night show that encourages joining between listeners. The brand should communicate the inviting nature of Talking Story, with elements of high-production values.





Branding materials were also designed with both large and small spaces in mind; for example, when Talking Story attended Brandon Sanderson’s Dragonsteel 2024 Convention in Salt Lake City, Tiny stickers had to be printed, and needed to be recognizable as the Talking Story brand.
